Shipping policy

Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Philippines): Free shipping is available for qualifying orders within the Philippines.
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days. We ship to all provinces and islands via our partner couriers (J&T Express, LBC, Ninja Van, etc.) Cash on Delivery (COD); COD is available for select areas within the Philippines. We will confirm COD availability at checkout. 
International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location (typically 10–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use it to monitor your delivery status. 
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
